Our refund and returns policy are based on providing our customers with the best services and the finest quality food we offer.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any exchange or return due to the nature of our products which are edible foods. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and the likes of newspapers, Gift Cards or magazines cannot be returned. Card payment processing fees are not refundable which cannot be more than 5% of the total payment. Shipping costs are also are non-refundable.
